While stumbling through setup of network sharing permissions, I opened an
existing Excel spreadsheet, made some changes and was denied permission to save the file. The file was created by me in the same subaccount from which I was denied save permission. This subaccount has administrator rights. The most disturbing part of all is I can not reopen the file. The error message says, "Excel can not access "xxx.xls". The document may be read-only, or encrypted", yet the properties do not have these features selected. Also if I try modifying anything within properties, I'm told I don't have access. Sorry for the long-winded explanation ... anybody have any clues??? |
