Default Moving Data from a Web Browser to Excel

In my tool bar in Explorer there is a drop box that allows editing using
Excel, Notepad, or Word.

Another user in my area only has Edit with Notepad & Word .... how do
you alter to include Excel ?

This isn't really an Excel question rather an Explorer question but
hoping you can help !!
