Printing with Autofilters Excel 2003
I am using an Autofilter to display information for various clients.
I am trying to print a certain area of the sheet when Autofilter is on. I have tried using Print Area, but this only prints set cells, and if I then use the Autofilter to select another client, nothing is displayed. I need to print the same columns by 50 rows to fit a page, but obviously, the cell range changes as I use the Autofilter to select different clients. Thanks -- Adrian |

I'd clear the print range and let excel determine what to print.
If you're getting too many blank rows at the bottom of the sheet, you may need to reset the last used cell. Debra Dalgleish shows techniques to reset that last used cell: http://contextures.com/xlfaqApp.html#Unused Adrian wrote: I am using an Autofilter to display information for various clients.
