Default Excel 2003 - Open Favorites

When I go to File -- Open, there is no option on the left to select
Favorites. Had this option in Excel 2000.

Is this possible in Excel 2003?

Thanks.

You can select any folder you want in the Open dialog and then under Tools
pick Add to My Places.
