I would like to copy formulas in cells that are not nested (grouped), but not
to cells that are not currently showing. Basically, I have pieces of a system that show individual costs. These are gouped under a total category. I want to copy a formula, typically sum or average, to only the total categories. These are hundreds of these. I have been copying these formulas manually, but would like to find a shortcut. When I attempt to drag the equation down and copy to only the cells that are displayed (total categories), the formula is copied to the cells that are grouped or nested under the total category. Thanks for the help! |
