Default DPI and Format Cells window

I have a user who is vision impaired and had been using the Large DPI
settings. A newer application she received caused us to have to go to a
custom DPI setting in between normal and large. With this change there is now
a problem in Excel with the "Fromat Cell(s)" window where the tabs are three
across in two rows and the tabs for the ones in the front row are cut off so
you cannot see which ones they are. This seems to be the only window of all
the Office applications where we have found this to be a problem but of
course it is one the user uses frequently. The window worked fine at the
larger DPI and although this DPI is smaller it does not work correctly. Is
there a fix for this issue?

Thanks!
