Default Entering numbers - doesn't work right

I need help! When I enter numbers, like "-2" or "1", they become "-0.02" and
"0.01". I have no idea why it's doing that. I've looked under "format
cells" but I can't figure out what's wrong. Help me please! Thanks!

You have the 'fixed decimal' setting turned on. You should see
'Fix" in the bottom right corner of the Excel screen. To turn
this off, go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Edit
tab. There, uncheck "Fixed decimal".
