Hi
you could select the '2' in the formula bar and goto 'format - Cells -
Font' and check 'superscript'

Or set up a Custom Format

#,##0"m + ALT + 0178"

Type in the #,##0"m then hold ALT key and type, from the NumPad, 0178 then
add the "

0179 for superscript 3
