Default how do I keep the active cell or row in the middle of the screen

As I am entering data down a column, I want to keep the active cell or row in
the middle of the screen. Can this be done?

Default how do I keep the active cell or row in the middle of the screen

Try first keeping the cell in the center of the screen and then put the
scroll lock on. see if this works
