Default v Column??? In an interview, asked if i knew it...HELP

Hello,

I had an interview for an Assistant Category Manager job and one of the
questions was whether I knew how to do "*V Columns*" where you take
information from one worksheet and move it onto another sheet to
*comparatively analyze the two data statistically*(?????). The job
requires that I use access and excel to analyze raw numbers to come up
with trends and such...What the heck could they have been talking
about? I'm trying to find out so I can let the interviewer know that
I've learned how to work with V Columns!

Thanks!

Never heard of "*V Columns*". Have you?

I'm willing to learn!

A Google search turns up squat.

I would agree with Biff, . . . . hmmm indeed.

The real question now, in the next interview how much will you know
about V Columns?

-ps, you can always learn VLookup, it is a most useful Excel
function.-

I'm pretty sure they must have said VLookup...and columns in the same
sentence, just confusing me a little. So I now know what VLookups are
all about.

Thanks for your help, guys! :D
