![]() On second reading, did you want column B to be set with the contents of A1, A6, A11, A16, A21 etc, (ie, every 5th cell taken to the next column), and what of the remaining cells, do these go to column C, D, E and F ? -- Bryan Hessey Wrote: Select the cell (or range) to copy, and Ctrl/C, then select the first cell to be copied to, and hold the CTRL key to select other cells or cell ranges.
