I have a sheet that I would like to have 3 or 4 header rows that would appear
on each page when printing.

Possible?

Use File Page Setup. On the 'Sheet' tab, click in 'Rows to Repeat at Top'
and then select the rows you want repeated (either by clicking or just type
$1:$3, for example).

FilePage SetupSheet. "Rows to repeat at top"

Enter 1:4 or point to those 3 or 4 rows and OK
