Default date time formula

I am doing a date time formula that will seperate shifts, for instance a
person works from 0630 - 1500, another from 1430 - 2300. Then I have regular
employees that work form 0730 - 1600 and 1500 - 2230. I want to be able to
pull out all emp from 0630-1500 and so on. Is there an easy formula that
will do this?

Can you give an example of how your data is structured, and your expected
result? It is not clear if all is in one cell, multiple cells, etc.
