Default headers footers

When you go to the headers/footers in Page Setup, there are a number of
selections that have been used before, or you can create Customer
Header/Footers. My question is, how do you clear all of the previously used
headers/footers? Is this data saved somewhere that can be deleted so as not
to identify personal information that is contained within the used
headers/footers?

There's an option under tools-options-security-remove personal
information before save which might be what you are looking for.

I'll check that for future files, but in the meantime, how does one go about
deleting what is already in there on the header/footer selections?

These are not stored in any findable/editable place in the registry AFAIK.

I have spent much time looking, so save your time and effort.

AFAICT the only item that can be removed is the Author through
FilePropertiesSummary.
