Default Copying Custom Headers in Excel

I have a custom header in one Excel worksheet that I need to copy into
several other worksheets. Is there a way to do this without reentering the
information separately for each sheet?

If it's the same cell in each worksheet and the sheets are all in order that
you want to copy to, copy the cell, select the left-most sheet, press shift,
select the right-most sheet, select the desired cell, press Ctrl + V. Don't
forget to right click any grouped sheet tab and select Ungroup Sheets from
the Ply menu.

Default Copying Custom Headers in Excel

I create a worksheet with only the custom header in it and any other
information which may be the same from sheet to sheet and give it a name,
i.e. "format". I then copy that sheet as many times as I need to in the same
workbook and change the name of each worksheet to somethink more descriptive,
i.e. "TAB 1". This is probably the long way to do it, but it works for me.

Select first sheet.

Right-click on tab and "select all sheets".

Set up your custom footer on the active worksheet and this set up will be
transferred to all worksheets.

DO NOT FORGET to ungroup sheets when done. What is done to activesheet will be
done to all sheets in the group.
