Default undo a saved change

help!!!!!!!!!! I have saved a change on a excel spreadsheet that I sould not
of done! Can I get back my old one????

Not from the file you saved.

Hope you had a back-up copy. If not, did you email it to anybody so that it
might be in your Sent folder?
