How do you make the font larger if the worksheet always shrinks the font size
down. Does anyone know how to freeze the font size so that it prints the
actual size?

If the worksheet is shrinking your text as soon as you type it in, you need
to change your settings.

Right click on the cell and choose "Format Cell."

On the "Alignment" tab, uncheck the "Shrink to Fit" option.

If your problem is with printing, make sure Excel is not shrinking
everything to one page. You can change that under "File" and choosing "Page
Setup."
