IF and time
try IF(A20.25,"00:45:00",0)
because the general or number format gives the value of 06:00:00 as 0.25 "Tim" wrote: Im trying to do a simple fomula, to add a lunch time to a monthly stat if they have done more than 6 hours The time is in the format 08:45:00 - meaning 8 hours 45 mins but im trying to put a formula in which reads =IF(a106:00:00,00:45:00,0) this i was hopeing would put 45 mins into a cell if they have worked more than 6 hours that day. but it doesnt work.
