Does anyone know if there is such a thing that you can link and calculate the
data input into a worksheet and it will be updated in another worksheet

Hi Donna,

Open your two workbooks, type = and go to the second workbook to point
to the cell ... enter ...
Your workbooks are now linked ... Edit Links in the menu will confirm
...
