![]() I've inherited a sheet with thoussands of defined names. Only problem is that one of the cells I need data from is looking at a defined name that no longer exists (when I F5 to find it, it is not there). When I double click through to the cell, an error message comes up. Two questions: (1) how can I find which cell (s) the activecell is looking at? (2) If the defined name no longer exists, could excel be remembering the last data value that it had before the defined name was deleted, or will it continue to look in teh same cells, despite the name being wrong? Your help would be much appreciated.
