Default Turn off row, column headers, gridlines, tools, scroll in the webp

Please help. I already save my excel sheet as webpage. I did hide the row,
column headers, tools, scroll under sheet and worksheet (commands and
options). I save it again. However, when I close and open it up. These things
show up again which I don't want to go to "commands and options" to hide them
again. Is there a way to change these permanently, so that I don't have to
open and hide them. Thanks for your help.
