Extract information from worksheet

I have a workbook with 12 sheets inside of it, each of these sheets is a
serie sof names and age groups how ca I extrat the information on a
particular group from each sheet to one sheet.
ie
Sheet a Billy u12 john u14 sarah u16, these are the same across all sheets,
but iI need to extract u14 from each sheet into one, over 200 entries in each
sheet, so need macro or a formular.
