Default Drop Down FIlters.

Hi I have a complex question.

I need:

A drop down box with the months Jan- December (i have this sorted)

I need this drop down box and whatever month is in it to look at
another worksheet, here it must look for all entries in January for
example.
When it has found these entries i need it to count the number of
'passes' that occur in row 4 of a sheet. I have tried using DSUM but am
not completely sure how to use it in this scenario.

I have no idea how to combat this problem and hope i have explained
above.

Thanks in advance
