Default sort data by specific word in cell?

I want to take out any rows which contain a cell which says convertible
either by sorting and deleting or by another means.

You can filter the column using Custom | Contains and then enter your
word. Then highlight the visible rows and Edit | Delete Row, then
select All in the filter pull-down.
