I am using excel 2003, I am using an excel work sheet until yesterday it was
work properly, now I am trying to open a file it gives the following error
not only this file all files giving the error, all worksheet becomes text
format, help me to solve the problem, Thanks & regads

Use an antivirus program to remove the worm from your computer,
and then restore the damaged files from a recent backup.
