Default UTF-8 encoding CSV

Hi all,

Is it possible to have a UTF-8 encoding CSV (comma delimiter) file?
It seems like when i save the file in Unicode and i open the csv file
in excel, they dont recognize the comma as the delimiter. However if
i'm using a tab delimiter file, they can recognize it.

Both of them are in 2 bytes. So why didnt Excel read the comma
properly?

Appreciate any inputs.
