Default Printing mailing labels

I am trying to cut a name and address from one source and then paste them
into excel to create a mailing list. I want to do a couple thousand names
so retyping them is not an option a want to explore. any ideas how I could
do this in excel or access??

Knowing more about the source’s data format would help somebody respond to
your question.

For mailing labels see

To help you get your Excel file arranged properly with all of the
data to print a label coming from a row, see
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/snakecol.htm
Don't know if it will help you, but there are several examples
for different formats of data.
