Default All worksheets got doubled in file

I now have two (2) complete sets of the same sheets. One set is .xls:1 and
the other is wls:2

I want to get rid of one of them? How.

Select the wls:2 and press ctrl + F4 then save the workbook, what you (or
somebody else) did was open 2 windows of the same file then saved it, this
will close one window and if you save you should be OK
