Default Header Rows and Sort Issue

When sorting via the quick sort the header row is moving, when you do sort
and choose header row it work, but the information on header row then goes
away and the quick sort moves the header row. Any way to make the header
stay put?

Excel likes to guess whether your list includes a header.

If you make it easier by bolding the header (or some other formatting change),
excel may guess correctly.
