Lock a Cell as Capitols only
How can I format a cell to change text entered in small letters to capitols?
I have tried putting the formula =UPPER(H13) into cell H13, but I get an error that says circular reference, or if I don't get that it just inserts the text with small letters without changing it to capitols. Susan |
