i dont know how big your data base is but the combo box from the forms
toolbar will let you select a source list from another work book,but the other book neds to be open for you to see any thing.The only way i can see is you copy and paste your list as a "paste link" and work your drop downs of that "linked list" -- paul remove nospam for email addy! "Atty" wrote: I want to be able to use a seperate work book to hold a list of data that I require to populate other seperate workbooks.
