moving quarter attendance tracking
Our company tracks attendance per moving quarter (90 days) and it is done
manually. If an employee obtains three points in any given moving quarter they are given a written warning. Three more points within that period and they recieve a second and final warning and two points later they are discharged. Can someone help me with a template or formula that will help make this task more efficient? Thanks in advance! |
