Formula

=COUNTIF(E24:AB24,"A")*IF(COUNTIF(E24:AB24,"B")0, 1,2)

as a way to caculate hours for me.

What I need it to do now is that if there is a "B" there to caculate it as 1.

Is there a way to do this?
