Hi,
I have been developing a timetable booking form in Excel for 3 ICT rooms, however after a 2 week period i want to delete some values automatically, I haven't really got a clue where to start looking for answers, Is there a way to do it through VBA? Is there actually a way to do this through Excel (Deleting things automatically that is)? |

Of course, you can do almost anything in Excel with a macro. Why not try
recording one yourself? Click on Tools Macro RecordNewMacro and then follow the menus and go through the steps manually of deleting the data you wish.........when finished, you will have a macro that will do it for you automatically the next time you need it done. Be sure to practice this on a copy of your file, not the real one, and post back if you have questions. hth Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "Martin" wrote: Hi, I have been developing a timetable booking form in Excel for 3 ICT rooms, however after a 2 week period i want to delete some values automatically, I haven't really got a clue where to start looking for answers, Is there a way to do it through VBA?
