Ok.
Man I hope I explain this right. I have 2 pieces of data 1--phone calls taken as high as 2k and as low as 40 2--Service calls required which is as low as 1 and as high as 85. This is data over feb 1'st up to today march 19th. that is the row on the bottom. The third thing I need to add to this chart is display the daily percent of calls rolled vs calls taken The real rub to this is I need to add a trend line in the whole mix to show that we are making a difference. Sorry if this is all goofy, but I am a bit frazzled. |

![]() put dates in col A, Calls received in col B, number that result in service call in col C, and in col D calculate % service call. Make a multi column chart, highlight the third series ie % service calls and convert to line chart. BUT... if you only receive 50 calls, presumably it is easier for you to assign service calls so you need some type of waiting, perhaps? -- robert111 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ robert111's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31996 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=524177 |
