Quick one(I think!), LEN & IF
Hi, does anyone know if its possible to incorporate the IF and LEN statements, I'm trying to say, IF the field is over 62 characters in Legth, show 1, or show 0 if its under. I tried various, =IF(A162,1,0) but that doesn't work, do I need to use the LEN statement somewhere also? Thanks for any help, much appreciated. -- saybut ------------------------------------------------------------------------ saybut's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=5949 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=523611 |
