Default Date Help

Hello all,
How do I calculate a future date? For example, say a person signs a
Lease today, 3/17/06. I'd like to know what the lease renewal date
would be for a 2 year lease. Thank you

Also, is there a way to create a custom format that doesn't round up
numbers?

:)
