Default How to let excel cells width fixed and automatically wrap the contents

Hi, everyone. I have a simple question about the excell setting.

In general case, excel will not wrap the text input in the cells, do
you know how do I set it to wrap the contents automatically and keep
the cell's width unchanged? Thanks
