Default how do I import additional border types into excel?

Currently there are limited line borders available in excel.

All my templates are currently using a particular "art" border from word
-and I need to replicate this in excel

Can I import the same border somehow into excel??

There is no support for your own custom borders in Excel. You might be able
to workout something by pasting a picture in excel and positioning it over a
cell, but this seems clunky.

Why not stay in Word and link to excel?
