![]() I have a large spreadsheet that I have a macro set up to sort information . When I do a print preview it shows 8 pages of information (which is what I want) and another 8 pages of nothing. How do I prevent Excel from printing off the extra pages? My page break setup is only showing the 8 pages. All looks good to me. -- danc ------------------------------------------------------------------------ danc's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31339 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=522439 |

Select all that you want to print and then go to file, print area and
click set print area. If you save the spreadsheet the print area you have set will also be saved. |
