Hello,
I created a simple pivot table that just has a list of names down the row field and a list of categories along the colomn fields. So, for ever name can below to multiple categories, and the grand total is the count of the total number of categories that a particular name belongs to. Now, I want to filter the categories so that only one shows as a time, but the Grand Total still sums up the count of all the categories for a particular name. I thought that this should be done using the "Include Hidden Items in Totals" button, but it is unavailable. Can anyone help? |
