Default list embedded in an if statement

All,
I am trying to write a formula where I want to have result as 0 if certain
condition is met and display a list of 3 numbers to choose from if the
condition is not met.
e.g. if A1<12, B1 = 0
if A1=12, B1 should display a list with 0, 6, 12 to select from.
Appreciate the help in advance.
Thanks,
RK
