precise in defining your requirements.

That would depend entirely on how to evaluate performance and divvy up
bonuses. You might suggest:

A1: <employee name
A2: <total bonus pool
A3: =IF(A1="Rebecca", A2, 0)


Otherwise, there are an infinite number of formulas that may or may not
fit your boss's criteria.
