Default Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel 2003

Paa Nii -

I wish to find out how to handle multiple response questions (dichotomy or
category) using the above software. <


Arrange data in a list, and use a Pivot Table.

Or, use the COUNTIF worksheet function.

Or, for numerical data, use the array-entered FREQUENCY worksheet function.

Or, for numerical data, use the Histogram tool of the Analysis ToolPak.

Or, post a more specific question.
