Default Save changes?

No, bloody not, because there ARE no changes!! Still I have some
spreadsheets that keep asking this question every time I want to close
them after just looking shortly into them.

There are no TODAY()'s or NOW()'s, so what can be the reason for this
silly, persistent question?
