Default Conditional Formatting - Difference between dates

If A1 is a date and B1 is a date. B1 is always scheduled to be 7 days
after A1 but can be +/- 2 days. I need to hilight B1 when it is out of
the +/- 2 day window with out hilighting empty cells.

Thanks
