Isolating months
Hi I have two columns, A containing dates from January 1 to December 31, and B containing values entered against the dates. Without creating range names, what's the shortest formula to:- 1. sum the values between any two given dates (contained in say cells C1 and C2) 2. the total for any given month nominated in say C3 Thanks for any ideas -- Brisbane Rob ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brisbane Rob's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=25096 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=521866 |
