Default Add total fields

Hi all,

I have the following list
340
341
341
345
346
346
351
511
516
517
519
524
540

I was wondering if there is any way to insert a new TOTAL row if
multiple values exist. I.e. The number 341 appears twice.

P.s. Pivot tables will not work for what I want to achieve in the long
run
