I have a user who was able to use the right click on the mouse this morning.
This afternoon, the right click doesn't work on their files. Any suggestions
as to what is going on and how to fix it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi JT,
I'm definitely not an expert, but I use "Essbase" as a query tool loaded
onto my Excel. That sometimes makes my right click menu disappear. Normally,
closing & opening Excel works, but sometimes I need to reboot, and
occasionally Essbase needs to come off and go back on.

I have a user who uses Essbase and, for her needs, this is what we tested:

ESSBASE OPTIONS | GLOBAL tab | deselect ENABLE SECONDARY BUTTON

The functionality of the right (or secondary) mouse button now opens the
popup menus for her.

She's very happy with the results and said, "Thank you so much! It worked
and doesn't appear to affect Essbase."
