Default Using a list box to autofill

I would like to create a list box that when the user has made his choice
it would fill in the other boxes that have the same questions on the
other sheets/cells of the workbook. I know this is probably elementary
but I am used to using drop downs with vlookups. I just cant make the
list box link to a cell like a drop down.
